I read some really whingeing reviews on here before our trip so went with some trepidation but to be fair having a moan seems to part of some peoples lifestyle especially us Brits!

We booked valet parking with Cruise Parking which went smoothly except I needed to run back to the car having forgotten the passports and tickets,not good for someone in A&E with a heart problem the day before.

Check in was well organised and passengers were given a coloured,lettered boarding card and called forward in alpha/colour order there was a delay of ten minutes whilst the port authority did a safety check on the boarding ramp. Read more
