This was our second cruise with Norwegian and 8th cruise overall. We chose this cruise because of the new Escape. It was our first experience with the Ultimate Beverage Package and the Unlimited Dining Package and it was better than expected. We honestly would not have tried as many dining venues as we did nor as many cocktails as we did without these benefits. This added to our high ratings for fun on this cruise. Rooming in a Haven suite provided excellent service booking all dinner reservations, shore excursions and entertainment. Loved the Haven private and quiet pool and sundeck area not to mention the comfortable lounge and bar. All Dining venues we tried were also way above our expectations with one exception. A member of our party was "gluten-free" and this presented extra effort on her part to select menu options a day in advance of dinner. We loved the dueling pianos entertaimnent but we were very disappointed by the Brat Pack, On the Record show. It was way too long(1 1/2 hrs) and contained adult language and a scene where the actors stripped down to their underwear (unnecessary). We found all areas of the ship quite beautiful and never seemed crowded anywhere despite the number of passengers. We wished there were more dancing (ballroom) venues other than Manhattan Room and more wine selections by the glass. We visited the Cellars Wine Bar several times and found the wine tastings fun and informative. We can't give enough compliments to the Haven staff for their smiles and friendly service. We will definitely be back and we will HIGHLY recommend this ship and Norwegian to others.

Cabin Review

The Haven Forward-facing Penthouse with Balcony

Cabin H7

Beautiful, spacious room with lots of storage space. Bathroom was large with double sinks and a makeup table with lighted mirror. The oval-shaped bowl sinks were awkward and messy but fit the tight space. The bed and bedding were luxurious. The balcony was very small and had an obstructed view (unexpected) since it was directly beneath the captain's bridge overhang. Service by butler was outstanding and afternoon snacks were welcome after days in port. Loved the Espresso machine in-room! Thank You
