This was a family first time cruise with a group of 18. We didn't know what to expect when picking ships so we went with the Grander. When first boarding the ship you could tell that this was a very OLD ship with a lot of use. We had 5 children teenagers who could not find any other children on board to hang out with. The teens club was very old and boarding they were to say to us. They spent most of there time in the indoor pool and just hung out in the hot tubs. This was a cruise with a lot of OLDER people on-board who did not understand manners. When going to get things to eat at the windjammer they would just think that they could just go in front of you because they were older in age. As you can tell this did not go well when we had to correct them on what they were doing. We didn't get to stop in one of are ports because of the weather. Not saying that this was their choice but still could have done something to make up for it. They made a new Cruise Compass for the day to make it more enjoyable. I would say they didn't add anything that really made us stick out and have a fun day. We all just did are own thing that day. Other then that we all just did are own things on this cruise because there was nothing to do for the younger age. Defiantly would not go on this ship again!!!
Cabin was very old and sheets smelled very bad. One of the lights up on the bunks blew up and had to get that fixed. Also the bathroom shower had a hole in it water went all over. Just little things but still very unhappy.
