We have a stressful problem in the family so we wanted to unwind . We have a little 2 year old who is suffering with Neuriblastoma Cancer not looking good . We were given a cabin on the Aria P&O and we are not very happy . I am nearly 73 years old and Carole is 69 . i was using a walking street sometimes as we both have lung problems and osteoporosis. In our cabin we had no Aircon it was freezing and for the 10 days we had no hot water in our Shower. We went to reception everyday to tell them. After 4 days and asking for blankets our Aircon was fixed . When we berthed back in Sydney we still had no hot water. We feel that we should be reimbursed by our fare or given another cruise. i sent the survey and an email to P&O asking them to phone me but have had no response. As the saying goes word of mouth travels fast. We were looking forward to the cruise but was very disappointed.

We could not use the Spas as the chlidren that were on board were in the spas all the time . Every one was complaining. The crew were very good and the food was lovely. We were again disappointed that we did not have a night to meet the Captain as they do on other cruises. The dress up nights were a lot of fun and the Entertainment was very good . Our cabin was also above the engines they were very noisy .
