Wow!!!!! Our very first cruise and we had a great time from the boarding until the disembarkation. The Cruise Director Cory was awesome and we made it a point to be where ever he was to party with him. Our balcony stateroom was wonderful, no compliants. Our steward IWayan (sp) who learned our first name on the first day and greeted us with a smile daily and whenever he saw us, he learned our daily schedule and would have our room serviced right after we came back from eating lunch. Speaking of food we loved the fine dining inside the Golden Olympian Restaurant. We were greeted by Gizille every night by name and an amazing smile. We sat in Chookiat section on the first night and wanted to sit in his area every night afterwards. Stephen and Bagus assisted in his area and kept a smile on their face and were great every night. The activities and entertainment portion of the ship were great but I would love to hear that the movies that are played on the dive in at night were played inside the room. Getting the daily schedule of the next days activities and entertainment were excellent for planning your day the night before.

The only drawback of the cruise was that we were not able to get off in Cozumel. Next time make sure the entire staff actually knows whats going on before cancelling a port of call. We thought we would try to get another excursion because ours was cancelled, the personnel tried to book just one ticket instead of two. The personnel did not even attempt to tell us that we were not docking in Cozumel. Which led to an angry mob at guest services until at least 12am. That's the only thing that disappointed us.They did reimburse us our tour excursion and placed a $100 credit on each individual Sail and Ship card. Cant wait until my next cruise.
