Embarkation is a joke shut several lifts down causing  chaos  took my luggage down the stairs otherwise would have missed embarkationHi went on Emerald Princess 26/04/2016 from Southampton  getting onboard brilliant cabin excellent new beds are fantastic  entertainment acceptable condition of ship even after refit average then lets break down the actual living on ship

buffet restaurant is the best place to eat although food could have been hotter choice and standard good 

the sit down dining is terrible we ate twice in the di vinci restaurant waiters want to take  your order the exit you as quick as possible not allowing both diners to finish their meal then straight away next course then when completed start to clear table while you sit there absolutely disgusting

 Drinks the prices are terrible I had a single whiskey with 15% tip worked out to £6.
