I have been with various cruise lines and i was told by my friend that Holland America cruise lines are good. I was most disappointed ! Firstly , they changed my cabin without asking me. The cabin had no table or chairs to sit (if we order room service). the shows were most disappointing. The daily programmes were mostly monitory. The food (free style) had little variety. i would not reccomend this cruise line. This was my first and last travel with them. I booked with CHEAPCRUISES and specifically told them that i needed the inside cabin and was allocated cabin # 8033 which was bigger. My wife had a bad experience in the past and did not want to see the water all the time. they changed my cabin with a window!!!I could feel the thrifty way of management. tey were very rigid with their food times. the food after the lunch and dinner was not at all appealing.

The first two days , my cabin was not looked after properly. I complained and then it was fine.

One of the days they had Indian Theme and that was excellent. The formal dining menus were not very attractive. The embarcation and disembarcation was very well conducted.Non gluton food had no variety. the fresh jucies were restricted in variety.THE management staff was not very concerned about my situation. When i asked as to why my cabin was changed, i was lold "your cabin had a problem" That was a lie ! I checked it out and it was given to some other passenger.
