Glenda and I boarded the Escape around Noon April, 16th 2016, Saturday. From the very beginning to the very end we had an Awesome time, We walked the ship to check it out. It was clean, spacious, well decorated. The employees we meet were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had an inside cabin, which was fine, it was clean and laid out well, we had enough room to store 3 suitcases. We set sail Saturday at 5 PM ate at the Buffet later that night, and enjoyed ourselves at the casino for a bit. Sunday morning we received a phone call from Pam, , Hotel cincierge. She informed us that Sean Wurmhoeringer, Hotel Director, had upgraded us to a Balcony Room free of charge. We meet Sean and Martin Ivanov(Food & Beverage Director) and they informed us that if there was anything we needed or needed to be corrected to contact them. Overall, the following employees deserve to be recognized for there generosity and kindness. Sean Wurmhoeringer, Martin Ivanov, Erwin Sandoval, Angel Reid, Andre Gaffney(Asst Cruise Dir), Tyson Pinto(Exec Chef). All these people helped us to have an awesome time. Pam, Sean's Asst, was very helpful as well.
The ship had really great shows, great eateries, nice bars, fun pool activities, dancing nightly, and a Great Staff.. Anyone reading this should definitely try the Escape soon. We had a Terrific time.. Also, don;t forget to try the water slides and obstacle course, the fitness room, and the Spa.. We will be back.
Our cabin was the BEST. We lots of room, a safe, plenty of room to hang clothes and store suitcases. Room to put clothes on several shelves. Our bathroom was very roomy. Enough room for two people. And the shower was big . We had a full counter and a couch. Plenty of electrical plugs and USB ports for cell phone chargers. Our balcony was nice as well. Finally, our steward, Joseph, was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. he cleaned our room daily and brought us whatever we needed.
very clean beach, life guards on duty, we had a good time
The transportation there was well coordinated. the Beach is very nice, but a bit commercialized. lots of vendors, bars, and food places
Again, we meet our guide. He took us directly to the boat to snorkel.. We went out about 2 miles to a reef and saw lots of fish and a turtle. lots of fun.
