We choose Viking because we had already done the Danube and had a wonderful time. We began with an extended stay in Iceland and ended with an extended stay in Barcelona. The service, hotels, etc were exceptional. We had to intercept the boat in Copenhagen as this new boat had a problem as it was coming from St. Petersberg. Viking not only accommodated us with extra nights in Bergen, flew us to Copenhagen and gave us credit on a future trip so we are headed to France for two weeks with extra nights in Paris.

The food was exceptional, especially the Chef's Table. If you like seafood this is the cruise to be on.

What impressed us the most is that the boat only housed about 910 passengers We did not want to be on any boat bigger than this. At no time did we feel overwhelmed with the number of passengers.

Cabin Review

Cabin penthouse veranda

Excellent, roomy with a good view from the boat and quiet. Room service was exceptional.
