This was our first cruise but definitely won't be our last! We traveled with our newlywed daughter and son in law, they brought our 9 month old granddaughter. We chose our embarkation port of Baltimore for easy access by car to our locations and went to the Bahamas on an 8 day cruise. We stayed at a park and cruise at Best Western near cruise port, we were able to easily find nearby businesses to buy forgotten items. We did not explore Baltimore area before or after cruise this time, but will next time.

Our cruise included 4 ports-Port Canaveral, Nassau, Coco Cay, and Key West. We enjoyed the last 2 the most. Nassau was very crowded with 5 ships docked while we were there. Port Canaveral seemed rushed as did Key West and Coco Cay. We went to the airboat rid and alligator farm excursion and had a blast at both!! Warning for farm, don't go to the "Indian Village" portion of farm tour, the mosquitoes will pick you up and take you on anther ride! In Nassau we went to Queen's Staircase and Fort Fincastle on a private taxi ride, for les money a guided tour will take you to all of the hotspots on the island, including Atlantis. It was worth it to us to only go to the spots we wanted and then be dropped off at Junkanoo Beach while having a personal tour guide of our own. We opted for the glassbottom boat tour in Coco Cay based on reviews-couldn't have been happier! The captain and quickdraw were very knowledgeable and proud of their islands. Took time to find live specimens and very hands on tour. While we did not see predator fish that were seen in Nassau tour, they did not bait them in either. In Key West we took the helicopter tour, very cool to see the area this way! We also did the tourist thing-southernmost point and Sloppy Joe pics. Had the best key lime pie at Kermit's-has a café next to it that we did not know about until we were leaving.

The ship itself was beautiful! The art was breathtaking, while the ship is older, it is kept up well. We enjoyed the fine dining in the Great Gatsby the most. All venues had good food but service and selection were best in the main dining room! The service and dedication of employees on this cruise is unmatched! They were wonderful! While traveling with such a small child was extremely challenging and we will not do that again, the service provided us on the ship, everywhere was the best I have ever experienced!

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

This is a balcony room. It has a post at the end of the bed but really was not an issue for us. Very comfortable room and furnishings. Only 2 of us were booked for this room, but could have been used for 4 adults easily.
