We had been on more than 15 cruises inner travels but had begun to explore river cruises back in 2009 when we took the family to Europe. Since then, we have made 3 river cruises with another coming up the end of May.

Uniworld has proven itself to be our favorite line. The itinerary's are exceptional, the ship's decor and ammenities lush and beautiful, and the service impeccable. Things such as mid cruise evaluations which received immediate follow-up were of notable significance.

Not only did our ship have an indoor pool but the bar, salon, and dining rooms were well appointed, comfortable and pleasant. Our room was comfortable and had many features never before seen on a river cruise (i.e.: heated bathroom floor, best bed ever, exceptional ventilation, rain forest shower, mirrored TV, and wonderful storage space.

Port Reviews

Amsterdam

We found both our self booked and cruise booked canal cruises to be excellent ways to see the city and gain history and perspective about the history and culture. Without worry about traffic, we were able to see more, get on and off, and enjoy more than we would have by riding on buses or trams.

Amsterdam

Did lots, saw lots, excellent audio systems (provided by cruise line), excellent guides, and great timing.

Amsterdam

What can I say? This place is gorgeous...

Amsterdam

Very informative, just long enough.

Amsterdam

Guide was excellent, history arresting and an inside visit really helped complete the tour.

Rotterdam

Could have spent more time here. There was so much to see and the architecture was amazing. The market, cubed houses, and local faire were different than any of the other places we visited on this trip.

Brugge (Bruges)

The town that time has forgotten! Loved the quaintness, the swans, the lack of traffic, the architecture, the history and the shops.

Brugge (Bruges)

Very informative guide.

Brugge (Bruges)

Brugge (Bruges)

Could have stayed longer.

Brugge (Bruges)

Good information

Brugge (Bruges)

Good speed, good information

Antwerp

Best guide of any tour. Loved the train station and chocolate factory best.
