I heard that this was a good ship, bigger, with a lot of activities. It was very expensive if you were not in a group. Activities cost extra like bikes in exercise room. Only dirty hot tubs with grey foam floating in then. In one the vents didn't work. Kids everywhere. One bingo game cost $30.00. My bathroom vent never got repaired. Shows were cancelled without explanation. Messages couldn't be understood. The Buffett had the worst food. Coffee not ready for breakfast. Kept running out of ice cream. Cameras everywhere but a man push a girl in a stateroom. They let kids run up hundreds in the game room. Toliet didn't flush at least twice. Staff rude due to language differences. Met nothing but poor people asking you to buy them drinks. Same activities at every port some cheaper than others. If you book onboard you spend much much more. Buy drinks plan before the cruise. On board it was $79.00 per day. Before $80. For the week. Racism still exist but most people were nice nod friendly. I will cruise till I drop but never on Norwegian dawn. They will charge you $13.50-$17+ per person per day for gratuities. The staff know this so no longer go out of their way to serve you. You are told to tip everyone else that does anything for you. The BBQ was a great idea and the live music was great. The dj did a good but but his last two shows were a no show
Room kept clean. Stewart was great. When I was ill he took good care of me.
Very nice people
Good learned a lot
