After having taken several ocean cruises, we took our first river cruise in November2015. We went on this river cruise to see the Christmas markets in Eorope. We very much enjoyed seeing all the markets along the way and

The small towns on our river cruise. The people were wonderful and the sites all very interesting. The crew on our ship were all very friendly and extremely helpful in anything we needed. The cabin was small but well thought out with lots of storage. The bathroom was surprisingly larger than expected with a heated floor.....very nice. On all of our shore excursions, we were well informed and yet had plenty of time to explore on our own. The food on ship was outstanding with something different each meal. We very much enjoyed the local offerings on Austrian night. The entertainment was superb as well. As it was close to Christmas, there were many enjoyable Christmas activities for the passengers. One of these was decorating the Christmas Tree in the lounge area. The piano player in the lounge was superb and played selections that everyone could enjoy.

Our cruise director "clause" was well organized in his daily presentations and kept everything on schedule. One very big concern we did have , was a lack of security of people coming and going from the ship while in dock. We felt there should have been better control of who comes on board the ship. My husband felt with all the events that have happened around the world, security should have been a little more
