This was our first cruise in a suite. The experience was amazing. Check in took less than 15 minutes. Our suite was amazing. More storage space than we needed. Bathroom was huge. Balcony was twice the size of a standard balcony. Bobby, our stateroom attendant was very efficient and always greeted us wherever he saw us. Concierge lounge was perfect for pre-dinner cocktails and snacks. Ryno was extremely helpful and welcoming.

We had anytime dining and were seated with Chandon and Sheldon the first night. Their personalities and service were perfect. We reserved a table in their section for the rest of the cruise. Food was really good in the dining room. We had breakfast in Giovanni's each morning. Another perk for suite guests. Jay at check in called the concierge lounge every night to tell us when our table was ready.

There is a separate area at the pool reserved for suite guests so we never had to search for loungers. Ship was in really good shape. Gym equipment was in fair shape but needed to be replaced. Only went to a few shows but got to see the ice skating on the day at sea.
