This was the second leg of our back-to-back cruise on the Celebrity Solstice being a twelve night South Pacific and Fiji Cruise stopping at Noumea, (New Caledonia), Lifou, (Loyalty Islands), Suva (Fiji), Lautoka (Fiji), Isle of Pines (New Caledonia) and ending in Sydney Australia. We had the same cabin on Aqua Class Deck 11 as we had for our previous cruise so we did not have the worry of having to swap cabins, which was a huge plus for us.

As was the case with the first part of our cruise, we were very happy with all aspects and service on the Celebrity Solstice in this second leg. Our stateroom attendants, Palton and Jonel, were first class in their service and attention to us. Once again, during the twelve night cruise, we enjoyed the superior service and attention in Aqua Class "Blu" dining restaurant, and also the three specialty restaurants we dined in. Once again, we were very happy with our Celebrity cruise with the exception of one Celebrity Shore Excursion. We were very impressed with the way Christian, the Guest Relations Manager, handled the problem with the shore excursion. He was diplomatic and caring in his response to us.

The entertainment in the Solstice Theatre was very enjoyable from the specialty artists, however some of the in-house Solstice production shows were repeated on this leg of the journey. The Isle of Pines is a tender port, but it is a beautiful spot to get off the ship and enjoy the beautiful scenery and have a swim in the warm waters on one of the lovely beaches.

Cabin Review

AquaClass 2

Cabin A2

Stateroom Aqua Class No. 1657 is on the port side towards the back of the ship. We were happy with all aspects of the cabin and in fact enjoyed the extra walk along the corridor to our Cabin.
