Overall this was a good cruise. Our room was nice, 6624, assessable, as my husband has a mobility problem. Our room was very warm. I contacted maintenance and they seemed to think we had left our balcony door open, which we had not, and did not respond. Thankfully I had brought a fan or we would have been miserable at night.
The food on board at dining room and Windjammers was good. We really enjoyed the Mystery Dinner. Great fun and best filet mignon I've had! We did not eat at the specially dining rooms. The Liberty is a very well laid out ship and although there were 4000+ passengers, it never seemed crowed. Great slides and outdoor activities for kids and teens. The shows were excellent. Such a talented group of young artist! (Appear in more than one show! It's fun to pick them out!). I did have a top to toe spa which was nice although half of time was spent trying to sell their products. Would love to get a treatment and not have hard sale afterwards.
We stopped in Roatan, Honduras, Belize, and Cozumel. Second time to Roatan and went into the inner island. It is as depressing as the port shops and Coxen Hole. Being billed as a resort island, I would think more attention would be given to, at the very least, cleaning the garbage and debris out of the streams and creeks. Belize was also a repeat port for us. If one doesn't like water activities, there's not much left to do. Cozumel is Cozumel; a Mexican port town full of pushy merchants trying to sell trinkets made in China. Disembarkation was a big problem. Rumor was the boat had problems being cleared into Port Galveston, therefore luggage was late to the terminal. I would definitely sail on the Liberty again, but enjoy the ship on port days!
Cabin steward nice and efficient. Room temperature was too warm.
