Traveled with children

This was our second cruise on Carnival Legend and it didn't disappoint. We sailed for 8 nights to Noumea, Mare and Isle of Pines. This time we sailed in school holidays and I was a little concerned that the ship might be jam-packed with kids going crazy. I needn't have worried. I'd say there was no more little kids but a lot more teenagers than last time. I don't think I saw any bad behaviour at all, just lots a families having a great holiday.

We had excellent service throughout the cruise and very friendly staff. All areas of the boat were extremely clean.

The entertainment staff were lovely and very funny. Particularly liked Srki, Jax and Mason who ran some really fun trivia on sea days. The playlist production shows were not great at all. Some very mediocre singing. We went to a couple and then didn't bother with the rest. However, the other musical acts on board were great. We really enjoyed the accoustic sets up on the lido deck and serenity in the afternoons, a very chilled out way to spend an afternoon at sea. The magic show was also a lot of fun.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 4D

Excellent cabin for an interior. Very quiet with cabins above and below and near the aft lifts. The only thing is that on deck 6 you are not really handy for the lido or the promenade deck so there was a lot of riding in the lift/walking up and down stairs.

This was by far the largest interior cabin I've ever seen on Legend. I think this is because there is corridor on both sides of the cabin. Would definitely book this on again.
