Very clean with greater room for storage than anticipated.

Ruined my trip.  Was directed to Diamond International by the Cruise Shopping Director giving seminar and handing out VIP cards to get the best deal ever - should be 65% less than the US.  The cruise shopper (RITA) drove with us to the shop and confirmed who we were dealing with.  They knew her well.  We made pretty significant purchase - with promise that we would received a greater appraisal electronically.  They offer you no contact information to their location after you leave.  I inquired about a refund and was point blank told - sorry no refunds - you can only exchange.   This is one day later.  They provided me with piece of garbage EGL USA document which as I found out when I returned is useless.  The folder it was held in must have been passed around and used as a coaster and then thrown in the wash.  It was pathetic for something I spent $40k on.  They put an emerald diamond (which was mine) into a necklace and were so kindly throwing in the chain.  Thank goodness that the next day the clasp broke and I felt it slide off while in my cabin.  The diamond was worth $7800.  I hope this does not happen with others since this has ruined not only my vacation but all of the time following my vacation.  There is nothing worse than being scammed - I hope Norwegian addresses this.

When I returned home I frantically sought out blogs about experience with Diamond Iternational and how they team up with the cruise shopping folks to make big bucks and pray on unsuspecting vacationers.Not a single cruise member in site to assist.
