I have been cruising for some time and this was the worst ship, and cruise I have ever been on. I was so looking forward to this cruise. I took my grandkids, and three of my teenage neices with me. It was all of their first cruises. The beds in the room was in the wrong configuration. I had to move them myself and ask for another mattress that would fit. Finally got it done.

The service(or lack of) in the dining room, was unbelievable!!! I allowed for problems the first night, but after the second I had to say something. They seemed to try, but to no avail. I have NEVER seen such BAD service.In my opinion, the activities were really lacking. Nothing seemed to go off without a problem. Also the bar service or lack of service. I thought the drink package was a waste, because I could not get service. I complained by the pool, and it got better for a while, but didnt last. I couldnt get a drink where they had karaoke , bingo, or the show.But most of all, by the pool. Also NO CHAIRS!!! I just wanted to go home.

The lines at guest services were always long. I hated the way they did the pictures. I couldnt find half of mine. I ordered stuff months in advance for Easter for the kids, and wasn't notified until I was onboard that they were discontinued.The caribbean party was awful. Not one song that had a caribbean sound. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!! This was my third Carnival cruise and my last. If this is all they can do.. KEEP it!!!
