I have been on many cruises with many lines and this compares most with Carnival (especially on their 3/4 day itineraries), which makes sense since it was formerly part of their fleet. Let's keep in mind that this is the lowest price cruise you can find so with that stated, you shouldn't have grand expectations. Despite the low cost, the ship is maintained very well and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to embark/disembark from the Port of Palm Beach - you are on and off the ship in less than a half hour. The food is ok, maybe a little better in the MDR but with a cruise this short, I would skip the formal dining. It's pretty slow since it's a sit down service so you end up missing a lot of the evening activities. I was surprised to see that they have a surcharge for the comedy show but it was worth it. On other ships this show fills up and is difficult to get a seat. I like that I am guaranteed a seat and we enjoyed the comedian. Freeport is a great destination for the day, I would recommend booking one of the excursions from the cruise line which will basically guarantee you a good time on the island. I really enjoyed this cruise and just rebooked for another. I wouldn't recommend this cruise if you are looking for a special occasion or a "real" vacation but if you want a quick getaway or are a first time cruiser, this is a great option.
