Backgorund- ME 63 and DW 58. This is our seventh cruise in 14 months. Second cruise on the NA in that time period. we were in an aft Neptune suite.

Embarkation - no waiting. But the guy directing us wouldn't let us go to the suite counter check in since the regular counter had openings. Once there, we were told they would check us in, but we were in the wrong line. They obviously need to train the guy directing folks.

Room was excellent. We had this same type room on our last NA cruise. The balcony itself is worth the cost. Read more
