Check in went great extremely efficient! The ship has all the latest technology, However, we found the staff was in short supply! The menu which was used in the four dining rooms I.e. Silk, chic, grande and American icon was lacking ...... On several occasions when choosing beef I.e. Steaks these came with fat! However most meals were good, the windjammer had a very good variety and food was good especially desserts.
270 is a fabulous venue but small for certain activities one example 40 mins prior to the beginning of the quest there was standing room only! Maybe not the best choice of venue for certain activities!..there seemed to be a lack of entertainment during sea days other than sales in the stores and the odd quiz in the schooner bar or the music hall.
The staff were extremely courteous the rooms were spacious and extremely well maintained by cordial staff. Wonderland is an exceptional experience well worth a visit. The North Star is worthwhile trying out and once again staff make the experience special. The I fly is another experience not to be missed, with the qualified staff assisting and making it a memorable experience. The Captain had a great sense of humor and explained deviations from our itinerary due to weather conditions which did not bother us at all.
Cabin Review
Our cabin was spacious, more than ample room for all our belongings, best wardrobe space we have had so far and we always take balcony rooms. Plenty of hangers for the clothes, plenty of drawer space too! Nice sized balcony
Our room steward was attentive and extremely particular when making up the room!
Nice bathroom
If there is one negative comment that would be the change from the shower gel and shampoo! The shampoo is not the best. But that is being over picky!

A complete waste of time, guide not at all I formative lack of thenEnglish language and had no interest in being on the tour! His name was Philip he was retired and had been brought back for the day due to lack of guides, would have been better to cancel the tour, many peoples comments were the best stop was for the bathroom!
