Two words to describe it, below expectations. Our cabin steward was very efficient with what he could be in control of but we never got bathrobes! He can't supply what he does not have. It took two days to get pre-bought water two days for soda cups and nvere did get coffee card cups. We had as per norm deluxe balconey and we saw spring breakers from inside cabins walking all around the ship even at the late shows in the theater in bathrobes. It was noticed that some of them had interior cabins. We had to share one pool towel a day between the two of us and at times had to shower with two day old wet bath shower that we had to share. Three massages and never had a towel after. One massage was given a with stringy old faded cabin robe not one from the spa. The service in the sanctuary was none existant also. The only time we had contact with staff would be at 330 for tea and one day I received tea at that time but my pastry came 45 minutes later. The sanctuary was not even a third full so I don't know why it was so poor. There were no towels available around the pools either just crates of dirty wet ones. Main dinning room service was hit and miss also. Some nights like the old days and others three plus hours to eat again the dinning rooms were not full and we never had a wait for a table. Nights with out movies under the stars and no show in the Princess theater. We got on Princess cays at 1145 after waiting 45 mins. for a shuttle and got the last clam shell available There were 3 couples behind us that had pre bought also and were told maybe they could get a refund back on the ship. What shows and acts that were run were excellent. Dress code were not enforced cut off shorts tank tops scruffy hats at dinner and all over the ship at night. If the dress code is not enforceable then eliminate them as it would cut down immensly on luggage cost. All in all disappointing We are a year or two from elite status but if the next cruise is like this I would consider giving up those percs for a different cruise line. I gave Princess a critic on board and when we returned home and have not heard a word in three weeks. All the staff was friendly although they did seemed stressed and over worked.
