This was our second voyage on the Regal Princess. She is a beautiful ship. It was extremely crowded during the March 27th sailing with almost 4100 guests. The public areas were very busy and the pool area is another story...crowded deck, pool and sauna. Lot's of children and teens enjoying their spring break and the hot tubs. Of course, the balconies are tiny compared to other Princess ships as reviewed by others previously. No center stairs mid ship make the elevators busy and loaded with people. Had to wait a lot of the time for an elevator but when it arrived it was full and we continued to wait for another one to land on our deck.

Princess Cays is usually one of the highlights of our trip but not this time. Apparently there was a problem with one of the grilling pavilions not being able to open and prepare the lunch for hundreds of passengers. Only one location was open and the line was extremely long (I mean long) waiting to be served. No announcement was made indicating there was a problem and we found out from fellow passengers when we almost arrived at the non functioning grilling location that it wasn't open. Had to walk from one end of the beach to the north side of the beach.

The entertainment was good even though we have noticed the shows are getting shorter and shorter. They used to be approximately 45 minutes but apparently have been reduced to 30 minutes. What a disappointment. We still appreciate Princess having live music in some of their shows. The show "Bravo" is excellent but just to short. The Norman Love chocolate is to die for!

Somewhat smaller than other ships. The big screen TV is a nice addition with movies and live TV offerings. Wish you could review your account statement on the TV. The towels seemed rough to the touch. Cabin steward was pleasant, professional and courteous.
