Disorganised staff lost us three days of shore trips and no apology. Extremely dismissive attitude: 'don't worry you'll get your money back at the end. (In USD at a very poor rate).
Money back is not the issue. A trip to the Great Wall, one of the prime reasons for going, was thrown away by the crew because of bad management
A botched embarkation left all passengers stranded for over a day, being herded like cattle and given a stale sandwich and a bottle of water as lunch. Pushed from one place to another without explanation or apology.
Dangerously sloppy disembarkation procedures left elderly and disabled passengers crammed into lobbies and stairwells.
Entertainment was mediocre and less entertaining than TV talent shows.
Food was good but drinks package was extortionate.
We will never cruise with Oceania again.
Many passengers parting shot was that they would be "Glad to be off this ship".
Shame on you for wrapping this shoddy example of third rate service up as a six star product.
