We had problems in our booked room 150 due to rolling noises from ceiling. We did report it and after 2 sleepless nights we were given room 069. It was perfect. The service desk also sent us a bottle of wine, which was fine. Our problem with the cruise is that they advertised the retreat as having a TV Screen, which we found out had not worked for months. Also the retreat was supposed to have water flowing under the lounge chairs-not.

We still enjoyed our cruise as usual with Holland but one more thing about 10 slots were not working probably due to going to dry dock.

The crew was great, and the captain was vey friendly. We have been to the Canaletto Restaurant on several cruises including twice on this cruise. The menu is totally different from the buffet. We like it because of the different menu and the relaxed special service given to us. Read more
