My husband and I were recently on the Equinox and actually this was our third time on this ship. All three times have been nothing but a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough good about the ship or the crew...they are all fantastic. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and actually go out of their way for you.

Embarkation was quick and easy. We went right up to the lady that check us in, then waited upstairs for about 10 mins and they let us on the ship about 11:30 am. You were not allowed to go to your stateroom until about 1 pm., but rather were directed to get some lunch.

We were in Concierge Class, and on Deck 10. Our stateroom was great and the Steward and his assistant were just over the top! They could not do enough for us. We had a minor problem in the stateroom where the plumbing stopped up (apparently the whole side of the deck was affected) for about 4 hours, but the plumbers got it fixed and our attendants scrubbed down the bathroom within the inch of it's life! They would check with us daily to make sure that we were happy and if we needed anything. Read more
