Not Up to the Mark

On-board Management makes good money by promoting packages. Value for money is poor. Especially staff are not friendly & does awkward drinks.

Cabins sometimes smells likes a fish. Entertainment is always the same excellent.

Pool area service is very poor. No towels after get wet. Food in Buffet restaurant is not as per the taste & crew working in that areas is disgusting, they eat & drink from the buffet.

The Shops are most of time closed & the staff working in the premises is look like sleepy moods. The shop have no such a variety of products & too expensive.

The Excursion where they take us & how the staff take care of us is very touchable to our hearts.
