Ship was in great condition, deck 7 where I try to walk 2 miles each day had fresh blue and white paint on the walls and all the cabinets used to store life jackets and benches had fresh coats of varnish. Our room was clean and all amenities in place and working.

We paid extra for the Thermal Suite pass that is supposedly a VIP experience. We know that several people using this facility did not pay the fee for access and just walked in. This resulted in facilities not being available on several occasions. Princess needs to do a better job of verifying who is using these VIP facilities so those of us who paid $200 for the week actually have access to them.

The running joke during breakfast and dinner in the dining room was how to have more butter on the table. They have noticeably cut back on this food staple.
