To start first day at the muster station for everyone on board I told the officers I have a bad knee and that standing in one place on metal floor puts my knee out , after being there for around 20 minutes I told the office that I can't stay she told me to go sit on something by life boats when elderly people and people with other problems we going sitting down inside !! I asked to go and she told me I was too young to go inside and sit down I said to her tell that to my knee !! Any how I suffered it out because I didn't want to cause a scene .
Next problem was when we went back to our room that night our air conditioning was not working I called guest services and they sent a guy in to check it out he said they can't fix it tonight so they brought in a big old noisy fan . I kept checking with guest services each day and nothing was getting done !! One evening after about 4 days I said enough is enough and went down to guest services again and said are we ever going to get this fixed !! The guy on duty looked at me like I had ten heads and said , Well I don't see anything recorded except only when you first called your first day on ship , I told him you got to be kidding me I have been down here once to two times every day !! Any how our trip of 8 days we did not get the air conditioning fixed and had to put up with a big old noisy fan the whole trip !! Unreal !!
Next 3 or 4 mornings around 6:30 am - 7-30 am workers were out pounding on something that had us awake way too early !! Not impressed again !! Next another morning our toilet plogged up , I went out and talked with our room attendant he said he will contact the Plummer , we went to breakfast and after about an hour went back to room , guess what toilet still plugged !! I called guest services and told the girl about the toilet she said I. A rushed voice I will remind Plummer then hung up on me !! Wow !! So after about another hour and a half I had enough , I put on rubber gloves and plastic bags around my arm and I don't need to tell any more details I fixed the toilet myself !!
