We have cruised with Costa before and had enjoyable trips, however not this one! In a nutshell they appear to be cruising with economy.

We boarded at Genoa after a coach transfer from Milan - all good. We were in cabin 4082 which smelt of drains! No amount of cleaning resolved the issue and eventually after two days and regular trips to guest services complaining we were begrudgingly moved to another cabin.

Second cabin 5082 was fine, and significantly less mechanical noise which was a blessing. Cleaned efficiently. Read more
