This was our first cruise so we did not know what to expect. We stayed at the Bay HArbour hotel the night before departure. It was very nice and had a great restaurant on site. We took the shuttle to the port and was able to board immediately. While on board we were never at a loss for something to do. The activities director and assistant was wonderful. Very funny and entertaining to watch. The shows were amazing.

We had a stateroom with balcony room 8576 and our stateroom attendant was Benjamin and he was awesome. Always there when we needed something with a smile on his face. Room was always clean and fully stocked.

The highlight of our cruise was without a doubt the dining. We had my time dining plan and we had the same window table every night at 5:30. Our waiter and assistant waiter were Donaldo and Lawrence. They truly made this trip amazing for us. By the end of the week they felt like family to us. They went out of their way to make our dinner special every night.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Very relaxing with a one hour massage. The staff at the resort were attentive and very kind. The taxi driver went out of his way to help me find cherry tequila. Took us on a little sight seeing tour through town. The shopping was good.

Tampa

The port was clean and they were able to get us on board the ship in a timely and efficiently manner.
