Back from our March 27 cruise. We Had a great time. The ship was fine considering it will be in dry dock, the guest services we found were more confused than we were, you could ask five people the same question and get five different answers. the food could be better almost every night we went to the dining room our food was cold and the seafood plate with what they call fish was suspect.

Our waiter Samir was the best! he brought us bowls of fried shrimp to make up for the rest of the meal and that was dinner, the rest of the plate was repulsive. The menu in the dining room could use a serious upgrade as well as the windjammer, although the windjammer was better than the dinning room. Chops had great food but the service could have been better we also had to wait a long time and the maitre'd gave us a bottle of wine.

It was a pleasant cruise, I think the ship needs more pools never got a chance to test either pool they were to congested. I have sailed the Serenade of the seas and found that cruise to be quite different than the Jewel.
