Difficult weather conditions were compounded by Nautica Purser staff struggling to efficiently deal with immigration requirements and made for a chaotic cruise. It is as if Oceania did not cruise to these ports (in China, Korea and Japan) several times each year! Many hours were required to process all passengers before they could disembark. Plus the fact that if you have not bought an Oceania tour, you are sent to the end of the line and treated almost as a "second-class" citizen. A bit of planning and process would no doubt have helped.

Added to all this is Oceania unfortunate practice of having to speak to "Head Office" to make any decisions that would be best made locally (this is assuming that ship staff is customer-centric which is not always the case).

Food was very good. Some "appellation" somewhat suspect however. The Surf & Turf in Polo was a disgrace.
