My family and I have seven times now, though never on NCL before. We have enjoyed every one of them in their own way and this cruise was no exception. The entertainment was among of the best we have seen. The food overall was good and flavorful everywhere we ate on-board and there was plenty of things to keep us occupied during the day. The problems as I see them were small but they build up after while. To start with embarkation went very smoothly and we were on the ship very quickly. Once we arrived in our room we noticed the safe wouldn't open so we discussed it with the steward . It took three days to get it fixed. Our room was cleaned everyday but not until after 4:00 pm and it didn't get turned down every night. My wife and I were discussing how you rarely saw they staff actually smile or seem to enjoy themselves. Our biggest complaint though was the tendering process in Belize and Roatan. In all of the cruises we have been on this process was the worst by far. It took almost 2 hours just to get off the ship in Belize. In Roatan, it took over an hour waiting in line to get back on the ship. It was an unorganized mess.

The ship has alot going for it and my 13 year old son really enjoyed the youth program and I would recommend that program to anyone. Disembarkation as was embarkation was a breeze.

As I said before we really did enjoy the cruise and we loved the itinerary. Though in all honesty we have decided NCL and Freestyle Cruising is not for us. We enjoy the other lines more.
