Four of us booked a Fjord cruise having never cruised before, we were a little worried by the varying reviews on the Magellan, however all we can do is give our honest opinion....we loved it. On arrival at tilbury there was a little bit of a hold up as the last trip had arrived back late so there was a two hour of the ship trying to play catch up. After that slight hiccup everything was super.

Our cabin, an inner was roomy, very comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and the bathroom a decent size.

The food on the ship was lovely, though we heard grumbling a of 'small portions' there was 5 courses every evening...how much do people really want to eat. Breakfast, plenty of choice from continental to full English. Breakfast not being long over then lunch, again something for everyone. Afternoon tea from 3ish...who could possibly eat any more?
