Great ship for families. Cabins were ready shortly after we boarded. Wonderful events planned on board. Played mini golf. Grandkids loved the camp. But we could not get reservations for a party of nine at any restaurant or show prior to boarding and not much left to choose from once we boarded. The show we did get to see, "The Brat Pack" was full of energy and a lot of fun.
Staff at the various dining venues were there to make you happy. For our family celebrations we enjoyed a cake one night for an anniversary and another night a cake and champagne for a birthday. Pool areas were very crowded, many people walking around looking for chaise lounges. They did not do a good job of clearing lounges "reserved" with a towel or sandal, even though no one sat there for hours. So much going on all over the ship, something for everyone, except if you wanted a quiet and comfortable place to sit and read, or converse with friends. There seemed to be loud music everywhere. Friendly and accommodating staff. But lines at guest relations desk were very long, with people waiting an hour or more to have questions answered.
Cabins were kept clean and the staff was friendly. The casino area was quite large, but after the second day, the smoke permeated the whole area, including the deck below. Disembarkation was done in an orderly manner. We were off the ship and cleared customs in an hour. Not bad for so many travelers.
