Rooms were way more spacious that I expected, had lots of room for unpacking and storing bags. Every time we left them a mess and came back and they were clean. Walking down the halls was pleasant, because the workers in the hallways made an effort to greet everyone who passed them. All staff was nice and friendly.

Western Caribbean ports had a lot of poor cities sprinkled around, but we had some great excursions with awesome local guides: snorkeling, cave tubing, touring a tequila and a chocolate "factory", visiting Mayan ruins.

Every night there was good food and great shows to watch.

balcony's have windows on one side, they are not claustrophobic. I threw my kids in an inside stateroom, figuring they would only use it for sleeping. I found that they came to my room to relax between activities because our room was really nice.
