My husband and I were next to the last two passengers on the ship due to not enough wheelchairs. My husband never got a wheelchair. This was our 9th cruise with Royal since February 2011, but not too sure just how many more with them. I really like the new ships however, they seem to be getting away from good customer service.
My husband preferred the buffet in the Windjammer, but the one night in the Grande was excellent.
I want to know if anyone else became sick immediately after departing the ship. Both my husband and I became ill immediately after departing the ship and that was on the 19th. I do know what it smells like when multiple people have diarrhea, because I am a retired nurse and trust me, I know the smell. About 2 nights before we arrived back in New Jersey, my husband and I left our cabin and the smell in the hallway was without a doubt the smell of diarrhea and sickness. The attendants were busy cleaning rooms carrying piles of linen. No one mentioned a word that anyone was sick. People had been sick on the ship prior with norovirus and I believe without a doubt that people were sick this time also. My husband and I haven't been able to eat or do anything since getting off the ship on the 19th. Has anyone else been sick since getting off the ship on the 7th thru 19th cruise out of Bayonne?
Could be larger. Nicely decorated. Squeaky sliding door. Nice bathroom. Closets too small and the side for long items is way too small especially for clothing needed for the longer cruises. No place for shoes.
Very nice. enjoyed.

Purchased jewelry. Paid one price and was charged more when I checked my credit account once I arrived home. I had a receipt showing what I was charged. He knew we would had to get back to the ship and we wouldn't know until we were back on the ship. Bad business and when I go back to Cozumel, I am going to find that shop. A lot of pressure from the shop owners.
Excellent port. I remember when there was no building for departure.
