The Purple DIamond suite was magnificent. Our stateroom attendant, Joy was the utmost. She was efficient, helpful, kind, considerate and personable. Our buter was trying too hard and so he was annoying. The Hotel Director, Sonja was unresponsive to my husband's several complaints. She never once attempted to meet with us. We are thoroughly disgusted with her. Francesco, the concierge should take her place. He is caring, thoughtful, totally efficient, helpful and very personable. The Captain was terrific when keeping us up to-date regarding the G.I. virus on board. Most of the staff were great. Some of the servers should take a lesson in manners. They walked in our path. I could have stepped on their feet as they walked directly in front of us. The food in La Cucina was the utmost. The Bistro and the Orchid Garden were just marvelous. The laundry service was perfect. The drill was a farce. The staff was not properly prepared. It was a total waste of time and of course it is of such importance. The internet service should be adjusted as the machines are on the 12th floor and the internet manager is on yet another floor. A credit was due to us and as yet we have not heard one word. This is just disgusting. The ship was clean, comfortable and it was easy to get around. Being priority we only received our luggage at 5:00 pm. which was totally unacceptable.

Deluxe Owner's Suite with Large Balcony

We were right in the front of the ship. We had two balconies, one on the side of the ship and another very large one in the front. The room was equipped with three TV's, a shower and tub and two sinks.
It was very spacious with loads of space for storage. There was a full dining room table and lots of room to move about.
