I booked the 7 day Western Caribbean cruise for my entire family and friends ( about 20 ) and we all had a great time. If I had any complaints at all it would be with the boarding. There was such a crush to get on and off the ship, I was terrified for people with small children. There was no organization at all, people simply rushed the doors pushing and shoving the entire way!

Also, the service in the "special" restaurants was anything but. Empty glasses and plates remained on our table though out our meal and none of the staff knew anything about our reservations that we made months in advance.

On the plus side. The ship was spotless and the staff was diligent in keeping it that way. Every effort to maintain cleanliness was made from the spritzing of everyone's hands before allowing them to enter the buffet room to the on going cleaning of all the floors and surfaces though out the day and night.

When we first entered our room smelled like dirty hair. We had to call housekeeping to come up and change the all the bedding including the pillows and that seem to fixed the problem. The drain in the bathroom sink however could not be fixed and smelled like mildew for the entire cruise.
