Overall we were happy with the cruise... not sure we would do this again for personal reasons, but overall satisfied.
Embarkation was very smooth. Got to the port at 11:30 and was on ship within 20 minutes.
Even though our 5 reservations were linked, they did not place us together for dinner. We quickly got that resolved however.
They have done a decent job with the upkeep of the ship. largest disappointment was our balcony. We had a superior balcony on the 6th floor. we researched heavily since we could find only 1 photo online of the balcony of this ship (which lead to our concern) but called royal caribbean twice in regards to it. The picture we saw showed no glass on the balcony. Last time we were on it, we were on the 7th floor and had a half glass wall. We were told by RCCL that all balconies were the same. This is NOT TRUE. the 6th floor is all metal. Our group had 5 rooms total, 3 balconies were in a row and it was difficult to visit between each other because of the design. There is no way to open up these balconies as we have done on other ships.
Rooms come with a "cooler" (like a fridge, but not quite as cold) which we found nice. they did not stock ice because of this, but when we asked our steward, he was more than happy to get us some.
