The ship is huge and beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great. There were many amenities but the lines were so long that we didn't even participate in some. There are 2 pools but both were small. One was taken over by the young adults and the other by young children. My mother who was celebrating her 70th birthday never was able to even get in one - not because of a physical disability but because there was no room. It was nearly impossible to find a beach chair anywhere except the Spice H2O deck but that area restricts children until after 7 pm. It was virtually impossible for all of us to enjoy the afternoon sun together as I have a 12 year old. There was too long of a wait to get a drink at any bar close to the pools. They offer a lot of shows but reservations should be made so you can get a seat. The comedy show was great! The rooms with a balcony were great.

My advice is : don't book at spring break time, book early to get a deal on the drink package, get a chair outside early, go to the waterslides, etc when they open, go to the buffet early for breakfast and make reservations for dinner, read multiple reviews about excursions through NCL before booking (Seahorse Sail & Snorkel was not as advertised), eat a big meal before boarding (the wait to get your room is long and the dining is a mob scene) and don't bother with the seminars as they are merely a sales pitch

We had a great time but would have been better if it was less crowded and if I knew then what I know now.
