We went on Voyager recently and had an appalling experience.

The facilities in the cabin were completely misrepresented in the brochure. We learnt that head office had dreamt up lots of new facilities for the cabins, printed them in the brochure, and then had to withdraw them when they were told by the ships staff that they were impossible to impliment!

Our cabin could only be accessed by going out onto the deck. We had several days of heavy seas and winds when they had to restrict access to the decks. It took my wife and I combined to force open the doors to reach our cabin. When I complained that this was unsafe I was laughed at. Read more
