Having sailed with Princess cruises in the past, we decided to join the sapphire princess in Singapore on I Believe on the 13th March 2016 at Singapore. Our mandate informed us to be there at 1100 hours to assist in organised embarkation. We alas could not make it at this time but arrives at 1230 hours to be confronted by chaos. We as everyone else waited for hours prior to embarkation, we were informed that the delay was because everyone on the ship had to leave to enable the ship to be cleaned.

We eventually set sail to kuala Lumpar and then Penang still in Malaysia. If one has a mind to go on any trip avoid any where food is supplied shall we say if health and safety were onboard the so called restaurant would have been closed down. Please don't purchase ant beer as it cost 65 Malaysian dollars for a jug yet outside the same jug cost 15 M.D. They have movies under the stars but if you are a sports fan forget it even if they showed sports the bar on deck closes early one was advised you could go down to another bar for a drink. This would entail missing whatever you were watching.

Was under the impression I was on holiday with bar facilities to suit passengers not crew. Then after arriving at Singapore having only been to Malaysia all passengers HAD to disembark. OUR passports were then stamped as disembarking where we had to wait for almost two hours prior to embarkation where once again our passports were stamped as leaving the country. Anyone embarking at this port were severely delayed it had nothing to do with cleaning the ship. The final disembark was as chaotic as the first. At best disgraceful organisation.
