This was our first river cruise and we flew from Heathrow to Amsterdam where we met Scenic rep who saw us safely aboard Scenic Jade.The ship was all shipshape and Bristol fashion and all arriving passengers were welcomed aboard by the Captain and senior staff.

Service in the restaurant could have been quicker and it did improve - as this was the first cruise of the season I shall allow for a learning curve.

There was a choice of shore excursions all of which were excellent with knowledgeable guides who spoke really good English. Read more
