This was our 13th cruise 2nd on NCL. We originally booked a minisuite but decided, after getting a price quote for an upgrade, to go Haven!! We had a 2 bedroom villa on deck 16 and were naturally extremely pleased with it! The facilities in the Haven are excellent and we had a great time - helped by the concierge Elvina, our butler Marvin and steward Andros who looked after us very well.

Unfortunately there were some aspects of the ship/cruise not totally to our liking.

What went wrong with the priority boarding in Barcelona? - we had to queue for nearly an hour to board and there was much unrest among our fellow Haven guests. After that no complaints about the service we received in the Haven.
