We flew to Tampa and stayed at the Tampa airport Mariott, the hotel is in the airport and it even has a nice outside pool. We took a priviate car through Blue One Transportation, very resonable for 4 people. They picked us up at the hotel, were professional and on time. Our driver even stopped at the drug store for us on our way to the port. They we also on time and professional when they picked us up after our cruise.
We stayed in a family suite 12516. Our cabin was large enough for 4 adults with 2 single beds, a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed. The sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable and my adult sister slept on the floor because the couch needs to be replaced. We had plenty of storage and our room steward did an excellent job keeping our room fresh and well stocked. We had a butler who was fantastic. He always had a smile on his face and laughed with us a lot, even when he needed to take my mother who became extremely sea sick back and forth to the medical center. We had snacks in our room every afternoon as well as breakfast in our cabin every morning. One evening our butler brought us dinner from Aqua into our room where we ate at the dinner table in our room. It was a wonder end to a long day.
We saw several of the shows in the theater and enjoyed them very much. There were always activities going on across the ship and the music was everywhere. On the first day there was a wait for drinks at the bars but this was not a big problem the rest of the cruise. The bars around the pool were often busy but they tried really hard to keep the lines moving.
We did the Deluxe Mayan Ruins which was a group of 10-12 people.
Beach break was great although the snorkeling was just ok
Great day
We had a nice time.
Embarkation was very quick and easy because we were staying in a Family suite.
