The guest services staff were very nice but totally incompetent! Our family had 2 staterooms and the charges got all mixed up. We were assured it would be corrected while we were still onboard. Now, over 2 weeks and 2 calls to RCL, the overcharges still aren't corrected.

The "Steiner Girls" offer the onboard spa services. DO NOT get a facial---total rip-off. $143 (which included the automatic 20% tip) for nothing but creams!

I can't remember the name of the steak specialty restaurant. I shouldn't have gone b/c I seldom eat red meat but I wanted to be w/my family. I asked that the spices be left off the shrimp I ordered and was told that would be no problem. It came loaded up so I couldn't eat it. Would have taken too long to order something else.

Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin G

We had an oceanview--not sure about the category. Paint was peeling off around the base and edges of the shower. I mentioned this to our room steward and part of it was painted. I don't think the corner behind the door to the room had ever been vacuumed!

There was an unknown liquid substance on the shelf the safe was on. It was late in the evening so I cleaned it up myself. There was also an empty wine glass on another shelf in the closet--didn't belong to us.
