My Husband and I booked a 12-night cruise on Anthem of the Seas for our 18th year wedding anniversary. Thinking that Anthem of the Seas being a new ship would be the best ship at the time, this brand new technology loaded ship is not what it seems to be. It is truly not worth the time or the money spent.
The technology did not work most of the time on the Anthem, such as the Bionic bar robots. My husband and I went to watch them make our drinks but the bionic bar was not working. We came back the next day to watch the Bionic make some drinks again not working. They where not working every time we wanted to try it out, so we gave up on them!
Later that same day, we decided to look around the ship and enjoy the back of the ship where café 270 is located. However, we needed to get from the 5th floor to the 6th floor so one of the waiters told us that there is a small handicap elevator, which is located behind Café 270. This small elevator is only for wheelchairs and scooters that can easily bring you to the 6th floor since I can’t do steps. To our surprise we got stuck in this tiny elevator for about 15 to 20 minutes, not only did it take them 15 to 20 minutes to get us out, we got yelled at by some operator on the other end who should have been helping us and telling us that help is on its way.
Everyone on this ship was about 45 year to 70 years old very little kids
WE DID A BUS TOUR AND BOOKED IT INDEPENDENTLY FOR ONLY $20.00, He drove around and stopped os we could take photos and then stopped for lunch.
